THE DOMESTIC PARTNER REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration is easy. Complete the form, sign it and give your oath in front of a notary, then deliver or mail the form and fee to the office in Olympia.

Our Secretary of State has done a good job of explaining the process on a Frequently Asked Questions website:
http://www.secstate.wa.gov/corps/dp_faq.aspx

The registration form just became available online July 18. You can fill out the form and print it. Don't sign it until a notary can watch you. The "signed and affirmed" wording in the area below your signature tells the notary to administer an oath to you.
